When you book a session with me, you are not buying a casual coffee that can be cancelled on a whim. You are securing time with a high-end, luxury professional whose calendar is curated, limited and intentionally protected.

My sessions are non refundable.

They may be rescheduled at my discretion within a four week timeframe.

This is stated clearly. Repeatedly. Unambiguously.

And yet.

Somewhere between booking and arrival, a fascinating phenomenon occurs.

Sudden hospital appointments.

Emergencies involving grandmothers.

Dramatic illnesses that appear only after payment has been made.

After years in this industry, I can tell you with absolute confidence what this usually is.

Cold feet.

Post-fantasy clarity.

Or the dawning realisation that devotion requires courage.

The Reality of Luxury

Luxury services operate differently from casual transactions.

When you secure time with me:

• I turn away other clients

• I structure my schedule around you

• I prepare mentally and energetically

• I hold space intentionally

That time cannot be resold at the last minute because someone panicked.

A theatre ticket is not refunded because you changed your mind.

A five star hotel does not reimburse you because you felt nervous before arrival.

A private consultant does not absorb the cost of your indecision.

Why would I?

If you choose to book, you must do so as a grown adult who understands risk and responsibility.

Cold Feet Is Not My Emergency

Let us be very honest.

If you book in a heightened state of fantasy and later retreat into shame or fear, that is your internal process to navigate. It is not my responsibility to subsidise it.

I do not shame.

I do not judge.

But I also do not absorb the cost of your wobble.

I offer a four week reschedule window at my discretion because I am fair. That is already more flexible than many high-end providers.

What I do not offer is emotional blackmail disguised as crisis.

Boundaries Are Not Cruel

There is a peculiar attempt some make to reframe my boundaries as harsh.

They are not harsh.

They are professional.

My business is built on structure, clarity and mutual respect. Those who value my time thrive within that container. Those who do not, quietly fall away.

And that is as it should be.

The clients who stay are composed, decisive and financially responsible. They understand that luxury is not about access alone. It is about calibre.

If forfeiting a session fee would cause you distress, you are not in a position to book. That is not an insult. It is financial reality.

High-end experiences require high-end readiness.

I Am Not Your Emotional Buffer

I will not be manipulated into feeling guilty for upholding clearly stated terms.

I will not be persuaded by dramatic storytelling designed to extract sympathy.

And I will not apologise for running my business with precision.

If you respect me, respect my policies.

If you admire my authority, demonstrate it in action.

If you value my time, protect it as carefully as I do.

The men who understand this never attempt theatrics. They book. They arrive. They honour the agreement.

Everyone else provides me with a very efficient screening process.
